Visit the Sales Gallery at 1538 Kapiolani Boulevard #102 between 10 a.m. and 6 p.m. to pick up your Affordable Housing Application Packet or download the application packet online. Prospective buyers must meet the eligibility rules under the City & County of Honolulu's Affordable Housing Program, regulated by the Department of Planning and Permitting's Affordable Housing Rules as of March 2019. The Flats residents will not have amenity access or use in the project. Parking is not included. One Parking may be purchased per Affordable Housing Unit for $38,000.00.
