Meet Richard – Broker/Owner
Richard has been a licensed Realtor since 1991 and proudly introduced Help-U-Sell to Hawaii in 2000. He operates the office alongside his wife Sungok “Monica” Lee and a team of 10 dedicated agents. The office has consistently ranked among the top Help-U-Sell offices nationally.
Richard has been recognized in Hawaii Business Magazine’s “Who’s Who in Hawaii Real Estate” — named a Top 100 Agent every year from 2007 through 2013. He currently volunteers on the Professional Standards Action Committee at the Honolulu Board of Realtors and hosts a weekly call-in radio show, “Real Estate Q&A”, every Wednesday at 8:30am on KHVH 830AM, where he shares free real estate advice and market updates.
